Hair Extensions Retainer Agreement

Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Any cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to an appointment must be made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled time.
- Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.
- Retainer fees are non-refundable but can be applied as an account credit for future services in case of changes to the plan.
Home Maintenance Instructions
- To guarantee the quality of our hair extension services, the following conditions must be met:
- Use the recommended styling and maintenance products purchased from Nasrin Salon.
- These products must be bought every 8 weeks to maintain the extensions’ longevity.
- All color services must be performed exclusively by Nasrin Salon, as these are critical to achieving the best results.
- Note: Color services are charged separately.
Follow-Up Appointments
- Follow-up appointments are essential to ensure satisfactory results and the proper care of your hair extensions.
- Any changes to an extension appointment must be made 5 business days before the scheduled date.
- Failure to show up for an appointment or reschedule within the given timeframe will result in being held responsible for the remaining balance of the appointment.
Agreement Validity
- This agreement applies to every appointment you schedule with Nasrin Salon. It does not need to be signed again for future visits.
